In part two of our conversation, Seth and I talk about leadership in work and the organizations we find ourselves. Many of us are leaders in all sorts of ways in the office, in schools, in factories, in shops, and in the home.
Seth talks about the importance of having voice in organizations and the importance of relationship building and trust. We talk about curious leaders and shared vision, about how to be compassionate towards about our leaders' parts.
